Our guide Denise was awesome! Mattie, Jill and the cook staff assigned to our car were fantastic and worked their tales off, servicing 70 or more people on the car; however, the company without question needs to assign an extra person in a busboy capacity. There were several instances where we the customers rendered assistance in order to clear the dirty glasses and other dishes so we could get out of our seats after the meal service. It also would be more comfortable for the passengers if the railroad could arrive at the destinations reasonably on time.

Our trip was cancelled without notification. I found out by going to the website and not being able to check my booking so I had to call. I rebooked on an earlier trip BUT it cost me $600 more for flights. I also asked for 2 beds in each hotel and had to call again because two of them listed us with 1 bed. We were also disappointed because we couldn't ride the Snowbird train. On another note Denise was a great tour guide. Also 5 stars for Jill, Sammy and Mattie, our servers and chef in our train car. The scenery was fantastic and we enjoyed exploring the cities and the National Parks.

First class trip with the exception of hotel accommodations in Glenwood Springs. No restaurant, no bar, room not large enough for one person.
